The institution has established a Women Empowerment Cell to promote awareness of women's rights, ensure the protection of female faculty and students, and create a safe and supportive campus environment. With the goal of educating women about their rights and responsibilities, the cell actively organizes and participates in seminars and workshops while addressing relevant issues and challenges. Additionally, it serves as a platform for women to share their experiences, express their perspectives on societal status, and propose strategies for personal and collective empowerment.
Faculty members and students express their interest in serving as coordinators for the Women Empowerment Cell. Based on their preferences, the College Academic Committee, in consultation with the Head of the Department, selects the coordinators
The tenure of the selected coordinator is for one academic year.
